We are seriously curious about our work, and never, ever back away from our challenges.

Our Story

The TSV team consists of three dentists with a long history of treating patients from different cultures and societies, plus a highly experienced executive engineer.
We know that diagnosis is the most important thing in dentistry. We also know that dental hygiene in the home is equally important for the success of patient treatment. Therefore, dentists know the value of integrating these two critical factors.
After a deep study about artificial intelligence and the introduction of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) in various fields of medicine, we decided to design this software to set up an innovative dental system based on this.

Once the TSV team determined it was ready to begin planning the diagnosis of tooth decay based on Artificial Intelligence and using it for upgrading dental practice software, the next step will be to "Determine" our goals :

Understand the intended outcomes of innovation.

Produce effective implementation strategies.

Understand their role in the diagnosis of tooth decay and prevent dental caries process.

Learn the benefits of our idea for patients, dentists, and other staff. We hope our software addresses dentists as the champions of caries diagnosis and oral hygiene while focusing on treatment themselves.

Vision

Observing the diagnosis of tooth decay achieved with AI and ML, preventing any stage of tooth decay, building smart dental offices and clinics, revolutionizing analytic methods

Mission

Proposing that dentists check their patients through the advanced technology brought by our company

EXECUTIVE MESSAGES

LETTER FROM Co-founders

Attempting by the team’s co-founders has helped to create a more sustainable companionship and positively impacted the dental health care community in Canada and worldwide.

We want to strengthen a healthy culture that provides domestic satisfaction, a collaborative manner, the opportunity for growth, and a secure lifestyle for employees and families.

We hope the TSV solutions will have a significant influence on the diagnosis of tooth decay further in health care systems. Although TSV has been designed to conduct duties that Artificial Intelligence is uniquely able to do. The excellent battle with COVID19 and the ways we took it on gives the role of artificial intelligence deeper meaning.

At the onset of the pandemic, dentists moved quickly to ensure that their employees and themselves were safe by closing their offices. Also, the pandemic has influenced the design of our product by requiring more accurate management of dental offices and appointments, ensuring safety training for dentists and their staff. As a result, we considered developing a program according to FDI (World Dental Federation) regulations that could manage dental offices and clinics during and after pandemics.
We acknowledge that thousands of people have dental carries without any treatment, so we want to use Artificial Intelligence technologies plus Convolutional Neural networks (CNN) to give them more accurate results while providing the best possible treatment.

Priorities of the company

Co-founders set up their priorities in the first steps. These priorities are according to the consequence of diagnosing dental caries and oral hygiene in dentistry, stakeholder expectations, market trends, business risks, and opportunities. These priorities provide the roadmap for the TSV team to work with various communities and activities:

Regarding using artificial intelligence and making an effort to introduce artificial intelligence to dentistry, we will also establish free training on the product section of the TSV website. Considering the achievement and efficacy of the TSV software and raising the level of health and prolongation of treatment performed by the dentist and patient satisfaction, we will place a patient feedback section in the TSV software for the dentist to complete.

We have placed a beta test section on the beginning page of the website, which automatically follows the statistics of dentists’ opinions about artificial intelligence and their priorities in choosing dental practice software. All resources, dental health protocols selected for the TSV software have been announced so that dentists can trust it as they can read more about these protocols.

Personalized dental health care

Introducing and developing artificial intelligence in dentistry

Innovative and Scalability

Creating job opportunities for Canadian

Cybersecurity and Data Privacy

Supply Chain Management and Quality

New Revenue Model and Competitiveness

Focusing on these goals allowed us to rush on the start-up path and not ignore being forward-looking in the activities. We are gradually completing the necessary actions in each branch to achieve all our commercial and ethical goals in the dental field.

Regarding the use of artificial intelligence and making an effort to introduce artificial intelligence to dentistry, we will establish a free training category on the product section of the TSV website. Considering the achievement and efficacy of the TSV software and raising the level of health and prolongation of treatment performed by the dentist and patient satisfaction, we will place a patient feedback section in the TSV software for the dentist to inform.

We have placed a beta test section on the beginning page of the website forever, which automatically follows the statistics of dentists’ opinions about artificial intelligence and their priorities in choosing dental practice software. All resources and dental health protocols selected for the TSV software have been announced so that dentists could trust it to read more about these protocols.

Company's Measures On COVID-19 pandemic

In response to COVID-19, the CDA’s (Canadian Dental Association) general guidance requires social distancing and modifies how patients will be administered in the dental offices. These modifications include, but are not limited to:

  1. Adjusting approaches to dental care, such as completing pre-visit health assessments and telephone or virtual follow-ups with patients, assessing patient concerns, and initial treatment planning over the phone or virtually.
  2. Keeping appropriate social distancing among staff and patients by scheduling patient visits to reduce the number of individuals in the office at a given time. (https://www.cda-adc.ca/en/about/covid-19/resumption/)

We have produced potential changes to adapting to the resumption of routine dental care procedures during and after pandemics. It can deliver benefits through the rapid and accurate diagnosis of tooth decay and personalized oral and dental health care for patients based on AI  during pandemics. We have included all of the CDA strategies considered during and after the pandemic.
